Terms of service

Artemis Muse is the trading name of Kaia Gaia Ltd, company number: 15091791.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and by using, browsing, registering or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. We will try to keep everything as clear and easy to understand as possible.

Variations

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, because your use of the Site following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those modifications. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the "Contents") are property owned, controlled, licensed or used with permission by Artemis Muse.

Password and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

To shop with us, you need to:

be at least 16 years old;

have a credit or debit card that we accept; and

be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Order Processing & Delivery

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before confirming your order, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please do email customerservices@artemisemuse.com and our team will do their best to help you, but please note order cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible. In this circumstance, if you are returning the product(s) to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and pay the cost of doing so.

Artemis Muse reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Artemis Muse website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock

Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable

Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity

We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

Force Majeure

In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.

You can order as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy – we need to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g. ordering and returning beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of the Premier Delivery Subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. We’ll tell you about any significant changes to these terms and conditions.

Methods of Payment

We have a variety of payment methods for you to choose from. Please see our Privacy Page for information about how we manage your payment data. Payment methods are:

We may add new payment methods from time to time.

All purchases are subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation procedures in place at your chosen payment provider. Any refusal by the payment provider to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Artemis Muse liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

You can return products up to 28 days after your despatch date. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by our warehouse team, we will then issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 3-5 days on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 7 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.

Refunds may only be made to the same payment method used to place the order. If that method is no longer is use, please contact our customer service team.

Please note for UK customers we offer 1 return label per order, if you've missed any items off your return, you'll need to create another separate return, sending your items back using tracked postage option.

Promotions & Offers

All promotions apply to full priced items only unless specified otherwise; and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

The promotion excludes sale and e-gift cards

Free delivery offers apply to standard delivery to UK addresses only.

To redeem a promotion code online, enter code at the checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be applied if your basket meets the requirements. If the promotion does not require a promotion code then the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Artemis Muse.

Promotion codes cannot be used against orders for gift cards.

Promotion codes are only valid for a limited time while stocks last and may be withdrawn without notice at any time.

Only one promotion code can be used per order.

Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, including 3 for 2 offers.

Artemis Muse reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

Products & Prices

There is a lot going on here at Artemis Muse HQ and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If you have created an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activities that occur under your account.
